You must be 18 or over. Keep your login details private and let us know immediately if you think someone else has access.

Accounts are personal. Please don't share your login or the paid content inside the app.

Head Active provides coaching, education and tracking tools. It is not medical care, and nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Speak to your GP or a qualified clinician before starting any new exercise, nutrition, fasting, cold exposure or sauna routine, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication.

Nutrition values and AI-generated suggestions are approximations, not clinical measurements.

Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell during any activity. You take part at your own risk.

Access to the members app is provided as part of your coaching agreement. Fees, billing dates and programme length are as set out when you sign up.

As a UK/EU consumer you have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. If you ask us to begin coaching within that period, you agree to pay for the value of what has been delivered up to your cancellation.

Either side may end the coaching relationship with reasonable notice. Losing coaching access also ends app access.

Be respectful in messages and community groups. Abusive content is not tolerated: no harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, threats, spam, medical advice to other members, or promotion of other services.

Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, and don't share other members' posts, photos or progress outside the app.

You can report any post or reply, or block another member, from the menu on their content. Reports are reviewed by your coach within 24 hours.

Abusive posts will be removed. Members who break these rules may have their access suspended or their account closed.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — photos, logs, posts and messages.

You give us a limited licence to store and display that content inside the app so we can deliver the service. We will never use your photos or results in marketing without asking you separately.

The free challenge includes a £200 prize for the best visual 14-day transformation, judged by Jordan Head using starting and final photos. Promotional photo-and-results permission is a clearly disclosed condition of this promotional challenge and is requested separately, not inferred from accepting general terms. The winner must agree to their before-and-after photos and results being shared to receive the prize.

I explicitly give Head Active permission to share my challenge progress photos, before-and-after images and results for promotion on its website, social media and promotional materials. I understand that the £200 winner must agree to their before-and-after photos and results being shared to receive the prize.

You keep ownership of your photos. You can withdraw promotional permission by contacting hello@headactiveonline.com; this stops future use but cannot recall material already distributed or shared by others. Withdrawing permission means you cannot receive the £200 prize.

These challenge conditions do not change the privacy or marketing permissions of full coaching members.

Lessons, videos, programmes, plans and templates remain our intellectual property. They're for your personal use — please don't copy, resell or redistribute them.

We aim to keep the app available but can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
